Получил ответ от Дэррона.
"This is correct for the amount and the manner it is finished. This changed last year when I introduced a new press and sealing paper which is why you will see a difference. The white spots are crystallization of free stearic acid that oxidizes. This is normal and is no cause for concern. You will notice that they will disappear as you use the soap.
